A program for the mountains of Evritania located in central Greece. There will be hikes on ancient paths, crossing rivers, descending mythical canyons, passages from Via Ferrata and visits to Byzantine monuments and old abandoned villages. At the end of the program, there will be a tour at the archaeological site of Delphi, hiking in the ancient sacred path of Kastalia spring on Mount Parnassos, and relaxation on beautiful beaches.
Hellas Canyon will make all the transfers and will welcome the team at Lamia Bus Station, which is also the departure location.
The daily routine includes a 4 to 7 hour activity starting after breakfast time. After the activity and according to the wishes of the group, there will be a break for the main meal and a guided tour in the area.
The level of difficulty of the program is Sport.
The program might be altered in the event of unpredictable weather conditions, taking the safety of the team into absolute consideration.

Program Modifications:
Changes in the program are possible according to the team’s desires. Hellas Canyon is more than willing to meet the expectations of the team with modifications, such as altering to more difficult or easier activities within the margins of the team level.
Payment:
Deposit of 200€ upon participation request. The rest of the payment is realized the day of the meeting.
Day 1 Day of arrival
Arrival at Lamia Bus Station and welcome. Departure to Evritania and Check-in. getting to know the team and the area.
Day 2 Via ferrata and Canyoning
Hiking, via ferrata and canyoning for 4 hours. Tour around the area and visiting byzantine monuments. River trekking for 2 hours and guided tour around the area.
Day 3 Canyoning and hiking to the river
Approaching the canyon entry via a dirt road. Canyoning at Roska canyon and hiking at Krikelopotamos. Visit at the famous Pantavrechi. During the 6 hour, activity there will be a snack break. Camping for one night with tents
Day 4 Hiking and hiking to the river.
Hiking in the old trail parallel to the Krikelopotamos River towards the abandoned settlement of Kontiva. The trail meets the river for a fascinating river trekking and swimming through the narrow passages of the canyon. During the 6 hour, activity there will be a snack break. After the end of the activity, there will be a car transfer towards the Loutra Ypatis. Check-in and free time for thermal bath and a guided tour of the area.
Day 5 Canyoning
Hiking and canyoning for 6 hours. Departure for Itea, through Thermopiles. Check in and guided tour at the area and free time for swimming at the beautiful beaches.
Day 6 Tour and Hiking
A visit at the archaeological site of Delphi and hiking at an ancient path for 3 hours. Snack break during the activity. A guided tour of the area and free time for swimming at the beautiful beaches. A goodbye feast with traditional food.
Day 7 Return
Departure for Lamia.
Equipment you need to have with you:
Three pairs of shoes
- One pair of shoes for the canyoning with anti-slip sole and ankle protection
- Hiking shoes
- Shoes or flip-flops for leisure time
- Bath towel, swimsuit, shorts or leggings, dry fit hiking jerseys, hiking socks, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, light jacket, day backpack, flashlight, water, anti-mosquito bite.
Equipment provided by Hellas canyon:
Helmet, safety belt, neoprene suit, canyoning bag, waterproof plastic container. Campsite equipment: (tent, sleeping bag, underlay).
