There is usually a small amount of hiking required to access most courses. Canyoning is an adventure sport, however, there is a Canyon experience accessible to almost everyone from beginner to advanced.
Canyoning is addressed to the general public and all ages, men, women, children, families, to those who want to do an activity in the area they visit. Like all sports, canyoning is divided into different levels, from very simple and easy to the most difficult and extreme in order to satisfy the demands of everyone.
As with any adventure sport, canyoning involves an element of risk. However, Canyons prides itself on using only highly professional experienced guides, and the highest quality safety equipment to control the risk element and provide you with a safe and positive canyoning experience.
Every canyon is different, due to this each canyon has a set minimum age limit. This information can be found listed on each canyons page.

Definitely. Provided that you inform us about this, we will provide you with a special life jacket and you will not have any problem at all.
Yes you can still take part. You should inform your guides to advise you how to protect them in the water.
In each of our programs, the meeting point is mentioned. We always choose a central point to make it easy.
No, we do not charge any extra fees. The listed price is the price you pay. Including tax.
For one-day activities you can make a reservation and pay in cash to our guide on the day of activity. If you are a team of more than three people or are going to take part in multi-day programs, then you make a deposit of 100-200 € in a bank account that we will give you and you pay the rest i in cash on the first day of the meeting.
We will provide you with a wetsuit, helmet, special backpack and waterproof container and all other safety and technical equipment required for the Canyon you choose.
Not much, remember our trips include all the safety and technical equipment you required is provided by us. However please do bring Swimwear bathing suit, shorts or leggings and shirt for trekking, a bottle of mineral water and a snack, bath towel and one more pairs of shoes that support your ankle.
Yes! But make sure it is fully waterproof.
Yes. Reservations are required for all canyon tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need, according to safety protocol, to ensure that our groups remain manageable, safe and enjoyable,
Prebooking is necessary. The further in advance, the better. To be sure of securing a place, it is best to book at least 2 weeks in advance, 3 weeks in advance for the summer period. It is possible that there will be places still left “on the day”, but this is very rare so please prebook so you do not miss out.
In the unfortunate event of cancellation by customer the following changes apply. Failure to show up for your tour on time due to traffic or other circumstances will be deemed as a cancellation, so please take care, especially on weekends and make allowances for traffic.
It is always a great time to go canyoning! There is no real best season for canyoning because unlike rafting it does not depend on a high volume of water. As long as the weather conditions are appropriate.
Cancellations incur the following charges:
Date of booking to 10 days prior to the trip taking place – client will lose their non-refundable deposit.
Within 10 days of the trip, taking place – client will be charged the full amount of the trip.

Yes, we can run tours in the rain, however it does depends on the situation. If the water level rises too much then we may have to reassess the situation as your safety is our number one priority. We can run tours in a certain amount or rain, but it is likely that we will cancel tours in the event of heavy rain. Usually in such a case we have an alternative.
We maintain the right to modify the excursion program for safety reasons. We will always provide another alternative route. Such changes usually occur due to weather conditions.
You should rest assure that any such changes will not differ much from the original schedule and that we have foreseen such possibility.
In case of severe weather conditions, we put your safety first and we may reschedule the excursion for another time.
